‘Cycling Tour Company of the Year 2020/2021’
France Prestige Awards
We offer fully guided cycling tours designed to be a fun part of your holiday, a chance to explore the beautiful medieval town of Chinon, as well as sampling some of the very best wines in the Loire Valley. The tour starts at 9:30/10 am and we will finish mid-afternoon. In the past we have offered child-friendly tours, however the reality is that children get hot, they get tired, they don't like wine and they whinge- I know this as I have three boys and this is what I experience every time I drag them off to a vineyard or around town... This tour is therefore only suitable for those of you over 16 years old. We arrange your picnic, the wine tasting, your bike hire, your helmet, the route & even the puncture repair kit! All you need to bring is your passion for wine, cycling & exploring this beautiful part of France. This little business was named 2020/21 ’Cycling Tour Company of the Year’ by FrancePrestige Awards! Please always contact us to check dates for 2023.
Whether you want to ride 100km or 10km by bike, just let us know, and we'll create a tour in the Loire valley to meet your bespoke needs.
We have a passion for cycling, and we've developed a real love of the Cabernet Franc grape! We're English and now living in the Loire valley, allowing us to build relationships with the very best vineyards willing to open their doors to you, and your bike!
