Terms and Conditions
The (not so) small print
We don't have lots of Terms and Conditions and we don't hide nasty details in the small print, but we do request a few things;
1- You participate in this experience at your own risk, so be sensible. If you're still getting over open-heart surgery, a little extra to hire an e-bike will probably be a sensible choice. If you have any questions about the type of ride, the terrain etc, just ask! We also advise you to take out any relevant travel insurance for participating in such a holiday. We are passionate about what we do and in wanting to provide you with a great experience, but we are not travel insurance providers. It’s very unlikely anything will go wrong, but should it ever, like with anything in life please make sure you have relevant health insurance cover to participate in such a holiday.
2- Once final payment has been processed for a day tour, refunds cannot be offered as the bike hire company we use require payment on order. In the unlikely event of bad weather, we will do our very best to accommodate the tour on a different day- if we can't find another day when it's not raining, you'll get your money back. We require payment when booking your experience in order to reserve your visit.
3- For any holiday package, we request a balance payment to be made at the time of booking amounting to a third of the overall cost. The remaining balance is payable 1 month prior to the holiday start date.
